Hi Sarah! I was wondering if you have/will do a post about how you stay fit? You have such a fantastic blog! It’s been so helpful as I have been considering dabbling in fetish modeling.

Mostly, I have good genes. But also, I have been lifting weights for 10 years….one hour, once or twice a week. FOR TEN YEARS! I also try to do 30min cardio at least 4 other days a week. I’m pretty active in general.
Also, I am lucky in that I really hate greasy/fried food, beer and mayonnaise/ranch. So I don’t eat any of that. I try to eat a lot of veggies.
